Our Director

Patricia is the Company’s Quality Systems, Centre Manager, Lead Internal Verifier and Assessor. Patricia & her team have over 35 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care sector.

Sector experience in Health & Social Care, Cleaning Services, Management, Team Leading, Customer Service, NVQ, QCF, RQF and Modern Apprenticeships, vocational qualifications from their inception.

Having worked with numerous colleges and training centres holding direct contracts with ESFA e.g. Park Lane (now the West Yorkshire Consortium), Shipley College, Business Link, Leeds Enterprise Council in Yorkshire, Skills for Care, Local Technical Colleges with the learner loans.

The training covered numerous Residential & Nursing Homes, domiciliary and Learning Disabilities homes throughout Yorkshire.

Whilst in Yorkshire we managed a training company as a subcontractor to Park Lane College APT Training, passed the Ali inspection with a Grade 1.

Standards have been upgraded with Apprenticeships now having End Point Assessment.

Patricia has worked on a consultancy basis for LVC and Liral Veget preparing for College audits for ESFA and apprenticeship inspections. Patricia has  supported numerous companies through improvement and design of their Quality Systems.

Preparation for Funding Audits and EQA visits for Pearson Awarding Body, TQUK,  City & Guilds, Highfield EQA visits, including staff training for e-portfolio platforms, she has also taken companies through the Investors in People Award and the ISO 9000:2000.

Patricia has delivered Vocational Qualifications in Health & Social Care, Learning Disabilities, Management, Team Leading, Customer Service, Business Admin, Hospitality, Cleaning & Support Services, Decontamination, Drugs & Alcohol.

Classroom taster sessions for Be Inspired Training Ltd in collaboration  with Ixion (Shaw Trust) for the Cambridgeshire LEP Team Leading, Management, Customer Service, Sales.

Patricia has designed, managed and delivered welfare to work, employability and skills programmes.

BE INSPIRED are a National online, blended e-learning provider together with the option for Zoom and Classroom Based Delivery.

We also provide effective assessment options (such as e-assessment and or multiple-choice examination qualifications) and offer learning resources that support the qualifications and units

Classroom based training e.g. Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Employability and skills courses, dealing with funding paperwork to comply with SFA audit trails.
