With social distancing measures likely to be in place for the foreseeable future, we shall be offering our services through applications such as Zoom and MS Teams, e-portfolios, auto marked online courses via the website. All this will be part of the training. We are also able to offer one-one and group coaching through this medium. We are looking at one-day workshops divided into three two-hour sessions maximum of 6 per session delivered over consecutive days or alternate days in any one week. This is open to discussion with individual customer needs. One benefit of the new format is to encourage people to have the opportunity of learning new skills with digital learning techniques. This will reflect in the Schemes of work and will be identified in the Initial Assessment.
We are actively reviewing government legislation on social distancing measures and will be implanting updates (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 & Tier 4) into our delivery model (e.g. 2-meter distance, hand sanitizer, face mask, and one way systems throughout the premises)
